Founded in 2003, Kate’s Club is an Atlanta-based non-profit that empowers children and teens, their families, and young adults facing life after the death of a parent, sibling, caregiver or someone important to them.
We envision a world in which it’s okay to grieve, and where grief is shared and processed together. We strive to provide the space where a tragic situation can be turned into a source of community, connection and resilience. Kate’s Hub is our online community of grievers, and those who support them.
It's okay to grieve ™
Through the Hub, we offer supportive resources and activities, host virtual events, and provide a safe and secure way to connect with others who are grieving. We have crafted spaces for different groups to connect with others who are living through similar grief journeys.

And so much more!
I feel like there’s an underlying level of understanding. You can show up to every group just however you are that day. Sometimes it’s funny, and we laugh a lot, and sometimes it’s very serious. It’s everything.
Kate’s Club taught me that even though I felt alone in my tragedy and grief, I wasn’t and never will be. It helped me to move forward in life.
Kate's Club Caregiver
I keep coming back to Kate’s Club because the grief journey is a journey and these kids need buddies to stand shoulder to shoulder with.
Volunteer
Having Kate’s Club at our school provides a critical service that our students may not otherwise be able to access. They have made a huge difference in the personal and academic growth of our students.
